I'd say it needs to finish on 41 this half hour to be able to finish over 42 today. Check out the half hour chart to see what I mean. (My trading system runs on 2 other machines so grabbing the chart is a hassle for me.) It is stepping in hour increments now.
If it goes down which was indicated earlier tomorrow will see a bit more retrace I would think. It is a shame they couldn't clear the mining license with this announcement. Might have held higher, but I must admit the shorters/profit takers were well prepared and played it pretty well.
