PLS needs finance in place for the Board to trigger the decision to mine, and the incurring of further capital expense commitments. It would be imprudent to do proceed further without finance in place.
I expect 100% debt finance, with no capital raise (aside from Ganfeng 5%).
IMO, but Ken has dropped enough hints along the way that this will be the case.
I hope the shortens aren't betting on a CR, for their sake.
