A day trade poster suggested PLS is in a classic head and shoulders reversal of uptrend pattern, and when I look at the yearly chart on HC to the right , I can see it with the head being the May high of 87 cents and the neck line at maybe 60 cents. The text book increasing volume into the right shoulder is present as well. The formula of price target being head minus neckline gives a fall to 33 cents! As a holder I obviously hope this does not happen! I am definitely not an expert at this stuff so would like to hear other opinions.
