Perhaps, and there may be some instances you could get away with a regular price sensitive announcement. However I think it would depend on the "strength" of the BOA. The recent BOA announcement was for 40% of the product which is really significant to both the stock market and the lithium market (given that on-coming supply is already spoken for). I would imagine (and expect) any BOA for more than 10% of the product would result in the company entering into a TH.
The above is just my opinion, however the late buying today suggests something is on the horizon.
