SN, that's a bit tough when it is possibly GLC driving the deal. It's their idea after all not Ken's.
At the end of the day, PLS provides half the build funds and receives half the profits. The Chinese manage and run the show with their technology and experience. It's a Chinese/Malaysian deal not Australian.
