It means the price will go up when the umlat index meets the warble spread or go down if it breaks the rolling arkle line. And if it doesn't go anywhere then it was because of the half pike and twist marker in the long term grommet indicator.
So basically we are looking at the potential for a short term rise followed by a fall or maybe a short term fall followed by a rise or perhaps short term level off followed by a rise or fall or level off. The charts will be able to indicate which one once it has happened.
