I had the same thoughts. This is what normally happens:
1) CR announced at price $x -> Stock gets dumped to price $x quickly, or slightly above $x
2) CR shares come out -> stock trades to $x or below on huge volume
HOWEVER this is what happened:
1) CR annoucned at price $x -> Stock gaps down, trades nowhere close to $x, then rallies, then makes a NEW HIGH later
2) CR shares come out -> some selling occurs on very low volume, placement has obviously gone to strong hands!
