low US unemployment, credit defaults in the US continue to fall, US home ownership continues to be strong, record levels of US Xmas holiday spending, US withdrawing from US and making the Middle East pay for their own security at last. when the US/China trade deal gets done and it will, then 2019 will be a power house year.
