Goldman Sachs has struck again today with a new report containing lithium price predictions regarding all three product forms that many would find frankly unbelievable. See Motley Fool’s latest article on PLS. Stranger things have happened but MS’s case is based on an over supply scenario. Plenty would disagree with the likelihood of that coming about. GS report obviously was the reason for today’s drop. I wonder if GS are snapping any shares up? BlackRock doesn’t seem to share GS’s view having become a substantial holder. KPMG sees a bright future for lithium stocks. The vast edifice of lithium investment and technology is evidently not going to be replaced just like that. The Australian newspaper today highlights the bright prospects for ASX lithium companies. GS is cooking its marshmallow over the fire while others are waiting for the suckling pig to come off the coals.
