Are we looking at the same chart?
RSI(5) is heading south, Stoch turned negative 2 days ago, MACD is negative , 10DMA has been heading south for 19 trading days in a row and during that period not once did the daily hi-lo candle trade entirely above the 10DMA.
And you read this as being bullish? The catch phrase from the movie "The Castle" sums up my opinion.
