Did you see his media conference?, reckons he just had a really bad month. Prosecuting SBF is a lot easier than prosecuting all of GS and co, but I can’t see how they can not be guilty of manipulating SP’s to artificial levels which is clearly unlawful causing lost value to shareholders. I can’t really see the difference .
