so many outstanding shares roughly 3 billion outstanding shares gives opportunity for people to shorts and manipulate but at the same time give opportunity to people to buy EV for neighbours buy pumping stock on social media and selling it once it goes high ... and as there are plenty of volume available they can play smartly with this in my opinion... !
