I really don't know why investors give so much credit to these industry analysts, good example of their bad track record of calling the top is in iron ore price. These people have been calling the recovery in iron ore price a dead cat bounce and if you took their advice you would've missed out on the move of the likes of FMG which went from the low $2 all the way to the price it is now around $22 and the phenomenal dividends which 1 time I think they paid $2 fully franked!!!
I really don't know why investors give so much credit to these...
