the real problem is the fed raised the rates too high too quickly after keeping the rates so low for so long. SVB just didn't have the time to adjust and many other small banks have the same problem now. The situation is pretty bad and I think the fed is pussy footing around the situation. Let's hope there's no mass panic tonight.
