PLS chart IMCO is looking very good with the possibility of the suggested Accumulation working out as an Gradient of Rising Bottoms Accumulation.
As indicated it is also possible that a bullish RSI Failure Swing Bottom is playing out. So if PLS can top and close above $4.06 => upper boarder of the Accumulation Trading Range things are really looking up as it it could be the start to a significant Markup phase!
Here following is the full Wyckoffian Cycle schematic with the Distribution, which I had in my chart for a while now, the Mark Down, Re-Distribution and the Accumulation Phase, which then leads into the next Mark Up. So as long as the upper boarder is broken things are looking very positive!
