Yup. If you have another order opened in the queue, trigger orders, have done similar trades not long ago, etc.
They'll manually check it and it might take anywhere from 10-20 sec to minute or two.
Sometimes they just take their sweet time, for no apparent reason.
After big down nights on Wall Street: I had orders not get processed for 10-20 minutes and some even several hours.
