Bullish, at least for a day or two more. Expect it to change somewhere between 449 and 483, with a focus between 460 and 470. That change may be short lived however as the target is only 38% down: 412 (from 450) - 433 (from 483), but rarely can be as low as 50% : 400 - 417, but unlikely to be less than that if it follows the rules. While 38% is the standard retrace, in rare cases it can be as little as 14% down (434 (from 450) - 464 (from 483)). It is quite possible for the target and the retrace to be accomplished in 1 day, but unlikely.
All percentages are of the height of the 3rd wave starting around 350.
