It is always a good time to go long on PLS.
Years ago I was annoyed with myself for paying 50 cents each. Now I am annoyed with myself for not buying tens of thousands more!
Make your own decisions of course but I now tend to just want to buy and not get to fixated on the cost. In a few years, you too, will be annoyed that you did not buy more and could have. Accumulation over the years has served me well.
