Hi Folks

In decades of charting I thought that I had seen all of the possible formations and patterns. I was wrong.

Have a look at the formation formed in one of my seed capital species.

Because I had never seen it before and because I could be the first to notice it, I thought that I should be the first one to coin a name for this formation.

It's called "The Rod Of Lies" or a TROL if shortened. For 14 trading days the daily candle traded between 16.5 to 19 cents. Touching the high of 19 on four occasions and today touched the low of 16.5 for the fifth time. Who knows when it will break out in either direction.

Some may suggest that its just a Darvas pattern but in comparison they fluctuate far too wildly. The formation below the TROL is an example of a Darvas pattern. Below is a chart containing two Darvas boxes


See the difference they are imperfect.

I thought this would be of interest to all the chartist here. An extremely rare anomaly possibly the only one of its kind.
