Yep. My buy at 3.44 was unexpected. If the final divvie is 11c for a year total of 22c, the yield at a 3.44 price is 6.4% (8.32% with franking credits)
Many here will have yields in the 100’s of % on their original purchase price. Magic stuff and they have just started.
