MB it will happen, reality is this company is only in in its infancy. At some point the breaks will be let off and it will move into a new share price range, my guess is high 5's through low 7's in the short to medium term (6-18 months) and it will hang around there for 36 to 48 months while the BEOT evaluate the companies moves into the downstream space and the ensuing profits.
In the mean time use "their" manipulated price movements to gradually accumulate more stock and hold for the long term. It is quite probable once the downstream measures are instituted and the profits from these projects come on line, that we will reach an sp of between $10-$15, I think that is "long term" circa 4-5 years.
In the mean time enjoy the dividends, buy PLS stock and lock them away for the next 10-15 years, save new tech etc.
