I had a joke from years ago, about someone who couldn't get their Word Perfect program to work on their computer. The guy from WP tried about 20-30 different things to try and make it to work.
In the end he said to the person, is the computer plugged in and switched on? And the person answered - "I can't see, the room is dark because we are having a power blackout". The WP bloke asked him if he still had the box the computer came in. He answered YES. He said then pack the computer back in the box and take it back to where you bought it from.
The fellow said why would I do that. And the WP bloke said because you're too dumb to own a computer. The WP bloke was sacked. I think of that sometimes on HC.
