China now back from Golden Week holiday period. I expect to see an announcement re Govt. stimulus (with new energy facing industries the main beneficiaries).
Re PLS quarterly results, I expect them to have a net growth in cash of >US$300M for the quarter (it was US$656M last quarter) which will reemphasise the cash generating capability of this business.
Re pricing, contract pricing should not be exclusively tied to spot prices. Therefore, I expect the average realised prices for the quarter to be a lot better than the market is currently factoring in.
All-in-all, the catalyst could be the quarterly report which is due around the 24th of the month. However, a leftfield catalyst could be what happens when ALB confirm to the market the outcome of its LTR DD.
