ALB cannot afford PLS. Besides that, retail own enough of this to block a SOA by ourselves. ALB are the worst deal makers going around. They misread the landscape, again. I wonder if they will ever learn. Next stop is Canada for them. I recently purchased there just on the fact they are so lousy at doing deals and will probably pay overs because they don’t want to F¥€£ up another TO.
