The chart shows PLS and AKE (these are the two I watch, so I don't know if other Li stocks too) have been in the accumulation phase since that massive bullish candle on 22 September. And I think the increase in holdings of JP Morgan and State Street confirms what the chart has indicated.
So now that they have had a big amount of supply, they will be preparing the ground for a markup phase, and bring the sp up to a new ATH.
And they will sell!
