Can't see any other explanation for the sharp decline in price, There is definitely no oversupply, But if all of the mines were to open and production start from everywhere that was claiming they would, It would then be an oversupply. Seems it is being reduced before anywhere else can come online. PLS might have reduced earnings for the mean time, But at least they are making a decent profit.. everything still in the pipeline. The price will eventually rise
