Just my opinion but there's a couple of important things playing out potentially for the short to mid term.
No doubt the most important chart for looooong holders is the weekly. The below chart is displaying a reversal worth watching. If you see MACD cross positively in combination with the SP crossing the bollie median then there may be a run on. Those lower wicks on the last 2 candles are very important.
