I believe in Wyckoff's market cycles. For over 10 weeks, PLS has been in Accumulation phase. The next phase is the Markup phase.
So I believe the product price will follow when the Markup phase starts.
That doesn't make sense, does it? You believe the Markup phase can only starts after the product price goes up, don't you?
Let's wait and see which follows what.
