"Foreign entity of Control" test for the IRA if the parent co is chinese domiciled i dont think it'd get legs for the IRA but if Trump does get in and scraps IRA then the Sigma play is huge for Chinese companies tapping into the US supply chain
Not sure if Trump would let the OEMs die though, bit of patriotism in him so he'd likely find a way to protect American Industry - unfortunately that could mean strengthening the ICE supply chain - this would be very disappointing
