Target fell short. so this is the end of wave iii.
I have two EW counts one is bullish and one is bearish. I still think Dec low is the low but I could be wrong so if anything below 385 we need to consider the bearish scenario.
but for now, wave iv target could be 432 and 411 with 432 looking unlikely since it's already been hit. if we are hitting 398 then this could be another i) and ii) in a lower degree and we can consider this as a more bullish scenario but it does require another setup.
