It's not really curious at all to be honest mate.
Taking the charts in isolation is only looking at a part of the equation.
Over this period PLS has:
grown production tonnage
reduced tonnage cost
commissioned first train of of a downstream JV
progressed a game changing product density project with calix
announced another JV
confirmed 2x continued offtake agreements
made a profit through a massive downturn
holds significant cash reserves- enabling takeover/expansion at will
continues to be well managed.
So if you wonder why PLS value has departed from industry peers - refer to above.
