- On the other hand when lithium is in a bull market PLS are price makers and by your logic charting is useless because every chart predicts what we already know ie price increases. At the level from where you are considering charting it appears an oxymoron. You need to zoom in to observe the nuance over shorter tIme frames, or zoom out and rely on fundamentals and macro info alone.
