I could suspect two entities buying right now and if a change in holder is later released it just seals it. Aus Super did do a media release about buying and they are most like the key buyer here.
CATL in 2023 sold 146m share for $4.10 a share. So they could be just re-buying back in again as they want controlling stake again in producers (look at their recent moves) they don't need to update as they are well below their 5% disclosure requirement. We will know if "GFL International CO Limited" is mentioned.
