I wonder whether or not there could be some shorting just directed to this easy price manipulation - when it reaches around 38c sell short for a few days, buy back lower (eg,30c to 33c) and then let the natural price rise again. It is a common shorting process since ASIC decided to allow price manipulation by the big boys without penalty.
I know shorting has bee reducing on PLS but this practice only needs a few days and not a huge lot of selling, just enough to trigger a market already suspicious of the raised price.
