Hi folks
If you look at the long term monthly chart below we have reached the 61.8% extention , that is very unusual, but that does not mean it cannot go higher. I make no predictions because anything that provides input to battery industry has grown extra legs.
Recent short term charting action including todays strong rise make it difficult to draw any conclusions as to how far we are going on this recent run.
The first signal that I will be looking for is the first serious profit taking pull back that lasts a number of days. That will form an (a) wave high from the (a) wave low of 0.86 on the week 3 Jan. The size of the pull back (where ever it comes) may offer some sort of guide as to what comes next.
