If you take today as a bullish signal I have news for you. Very much an artificial event being created. Report on Wednesday has left nothing to hide now PLS is is a good position but there can't be extended anymore. The cash on hand will need to be developed and that is almost granted to be P2000 for $1.2B.
Retail options expired yesterday and I assume the underlying assets are being adjusted today (end of month) for the derivative market. So that will explain the pre-market movements in my eyes as it strange to see no "brokered deals i.e block trades" on such an upside day. It nothing but a rebalance for position that have an interest component attached to it.
Looking at key prices others have pointed out $3.03 is a real test point for PLS right now. PLS just tested a new 52 week low yesterday so a bounce would be "normal".
