Are you dumb? It's September next month... That's Q3 reporting period for US. Ofcourse, they will lock in profits why? Cause that would approach 9 months into the short position when targets are 12 months margins.
You do know shorters have KPI's too? Is certain % in gains is unlocked they will take profits....
