That lower support line marks the momentum of the downtrend.
Touching that line marks 'maximum momentum' each time.
Lows don't come in on 'maximum momentum' ie the eventual low will be away from that line and not touching it.
The low will however be lower that a previous low that did touch that line.
IMO, it appears this may have just occurred recently.
