You need to both qualify and use a broker that is able to facilitate stk borrow/loan and/or short selling.
In terms of qualification its generally only open to large holders and/or sophs.
Depending on the broker they may be able to write you a dated short call (as there are no ETOs) for this stk and use your units as collateral. You will obv earn the prem over time. But again, only the larger brokers will do this for you and you'd generally need to be a soph.
