Useful info for me (and others who are also totally chart ignorant), but I have a question.
Why do gaps (almost always) have to be filled? If I buy apples at a market for say $1.20-30 for a while and then they rise to $1.50-60 I don't expect the seller to think "oh, I missed $1.40, better sell them at that for a while". He will sell them at the market price, not fill the gap.
I know this may sound dumb, but for all of us ignorant of the science of T/A, could you give an explanation in simple English - please no chartist speak.
