Just a follow on of my flash bounce post. The sun hasn't come up yet.
I just thought I would show you the effect of the Chinese stimulus package on their locally based Lith companies.
WOW all in Just 6 days.
* Tianqi up 42% in 6 days
* Ganfeng up 37% in 6 days
* CATL up 38% in j6 days
And this is just with the Lith sector.
How big are the buckets of money that their throwing at this?
How long will this artificial buying continue for?
Does this have any impact at all on company operations and profitability?
What happens when they stop buying?
Will they introduce restrictions on of the sale of shares in these companies, when it stops?
This is an extremely contrived market.
Good luck trying to make sense out of it.
