Just another follow up.
Just looking at Tianqi (002466.sz) with short, medium and long term charts, which a possible reason for this crazy buying action to be taken.
* Short term. 42% rise in just 6 days. WOW
* Medium term daily chart. That 42% rise in 6 days so far has taken us back to June SP levels. Strong but not overly impressive.
* Long term weekly chart. That 42% rise in 6 days looks like a mere blip on the long term trend.
The only logical reason I can think of for this type of stimulus approach, is that the Chinese have seen their wealth in the stock market plummet and stopped spending, lost interest in the stock market, and by making them feel more wealthy, because of this artificial rise, they will increase spending and get back into the market.
