My reading is that he supports Lies' oblique assertion that the rally in specifically Ganfeng and Tianqi shares has been contrived by the Chinese, which I reject. So I showed that the rally is not contrived but spontaneous positive reaction by Chinese investors as noted by Kaohoon International and Goldman Sachs.
