This is an Inverse H&S - the shoulders and head are below the neckline (as opposed to being above the neckline in an H&S):
here’s the PLS MACD instead... looks like it wants to cross back above the signal line above zero, which would be bullish. Conversely, if you don’t see that happen, then not so much...
