I'm not saying it will or won't, I don't know (odds are it won't, but just like lotto ticket: every once in a while you get a winningnumbers drawn).
Nobody can predict outcomes of these events with certainty. Analysts are just arguing their opinion and as usual: some are bullish and others bearish. But their track record is no better than HC arguments on SP movement. Sometimes the bulls end up being right and sometimes bears.
If they could predict Black Swan events: they would urge government to bail out Lehman at very start and we wouldn't have GFC credit crunch unfold.

I was simply explaining market dynamics: markets work on sentiment.
If enough people start believing they'll be able to buy shares cheaper: they'll wait for SP to fall instead of chasing SP higher, some will sell in hope of buying lower.
All that starts having cumulative effect and SP falls.
Same dynamic as when people start tripping over each other in FOMO of being left behind waiting for pullback = SP rises
