I agree, it's a little out of whack.
It seems to be primarily driven by the TA fraternity at the moment. They are suggesting ST weakness on the charts and the price is following that narrative. There is a distinct lack of interest from the BEOT at the moment. I realise this can change at any minute, but it is (unusually) lacking the interest of the sophisticated investors at present - or so it appears.
