Yep definitely being capped but I think it's for the equity component of the POSCO raise - should find out within 2/3 weeks. Very excited for this to happen. I hope they raise ~$250m total with a significant debt component and push hard for Calix to get up and running and at least start sourcing the JV partner for Plant 2 come 2023 ish - would take until at least FY24 to get that one up and running imo. Now is the time to raise heavy and grow heavy and be/remain in the box seat for the years to come.
