There is next to zero chance of a takeover let alone one which offers in the $2.20s range for a soon to be industry behemoth at the beginning of a battery commodities super-cycle. Further to the point, the way in which the registry is constructed means the controlling interests have next to no incentive to sell at the lower end of the share price spectrum AND I highly doubt management would be pressing on with POSCO if PLS is simply going to be sold without baking that development into the price, it's nonsensical.
