yeah. Back then PLS was still quite small speccy company, with truckload of uncertainties and roadblocks ahead.
So one can understand the action.
As far as working, not so sure. From memory, the only actual TO threat was failed attempt by Ninja trying to take over PLS management and camouflaged attempt to gain significant SH seat at meetings.
Which was (luckily IMO) rejected by Ken. Otherwise it would have probably ended up like AVZ mess.
Don't know what Ninja is up to now.
I think Bill is still around, just not posting much on PLS.
