missed oppatunity to be honest , lotta good hard work undone , keep missing targets and we end up back in the doldrums , managment need to find a way to counteract these problems cant just keep saying that skill shortages each quarter is the problem , paid big dollars to get big results , they have done an amazing job thus far im sure they will work this out
